3. Services & Engagement

We offer web development, eCommerce solutions, website hosting, SEO, and related services.
Service agreements, timelines, and deliverables will be outlined in individual project proposals or invoices.
Any additional services requested outside of the agreed scope will be charged separately.

4. Payments & Pricing

All work requires a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due upon completion, unless otherwise agreed.
Prices for our services are listed on our website and subject to change.
Late payments may result in project delays, suspension of services, or additional fees.

5. Client Responsibilities

You must provide all necessary materials (e.g., images, content, logos) in a timely manner.
You confirm that you have the rights to any content supplied to us.
We are not liable for delays caused by late submission of materials.

6. Revisions, Launch & Post-Launch Support

Each project includes a specified number of revisions, depending on the selected package:

Bronze & Silver Packages: Up to 2 rounds of revisions before launch.
Gold & Platinum Packages: Up to 3 rounds of revisions before launch.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will incur extra charges.
Once a project is approved and launched, minor post-launch tweaks (e.g., small content edits, formatting fixes) can be requested within 14 days of launch.
Any significant changes after launch will be charged as additional work.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

If a project is cancelled before completion, fees for work completed will still be due.
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
If we cannot complete a project due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

8. Hosting & Maintenance

If hosting is provided by us, we ensure 99% uptime and regular backups.
You are responsible for ensuring your website remains compliant with relevant laws.
Failure to pay hosting or maintenance fees may result in service suspension.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
We do not guarantee specific results from SEO or website performance.
We are not responsible for third-party issues such as hosting downtime or security breaches outside of our control.

10. Intellectual Property

All custom websites and designs remain the property of GBL Systems until full payment is received.
After final payment, ownership of the website transfers to the client, excluding any third-party assets (e.g., licensed plugins).
We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

We comply with UK GDPR regulations regarding data protection.
Personal data provided to us will only be used for service delivery and communication.

12. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if a client engages in fraudulent, illegal, or unethical behaviour.
Non-payment, excessive revision requests, or unreasonable demands may also result in termination.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England & Wales.
